Daddy and Kinsley's date at the park..

Corey took Kinsley to the park yesterday afternoon. She loved swinging on the swing, walking around the pond, and feeding the ducks!

What an awesome daddy!

Fun times in Michigan!

Kinsley and I set out for our adventure on Monday morning at 5:00. We arrived at my dad's house 9:30 that night. Little Miss did an amazing job in the car. The first 12 hours was a breeze and then it got a bit rough. I think we listened to her CD about 12times, sang the alphabet about 100 times and counted to 12 about 200 times. It is a trip that I will never forget!

We will miss you, Papa!

My papa was an amazing man. He was an incredible husband, father, papa, and friend to hundreds of people. After the rosary service a few of his children and grandchildren spoke of memories and stories of Papa. Just that service made me want to be a better mom and have many more babies. He was an inspiration to so many and spread God's love where ever he smiled. He will be missed, but never forgotten!

Happy 5 years!

Corey surprised me with a trip to Savannah, Georgia for our 5 year anniversary! Mimi came to babysit Thursday afternoon and with the sad news that my papa was quickly fading she drove Kinsley to Brian's for the remainder of the weekend. I am not sure who Coop enjoyed have more at the house, Kinsley or Scotch!

The weekend was amazing! Corey and I partied, relaxed, ATE, shopped, and laid in the sun at the pool. I have the most loving, funny, and flat out awesome husband. Not to mention his fathering abilities are top notch! I am so excited to see what the future holds for us! I love you, Corey!

8 months

This month has been a fun one! Kinsley is growing leaps and bounds!

Kinsley is on the move! She is crawling everywhere. If I walk into the kitchen she is right on my heels. She likes to play with electric cords, the computer, camera, and anything else that she is not suppose to. I am going to have to baby proof---and soon!

She gives kisses! (The opened mouth slobbery kind!)

She pulls up on furniture, her crib, windows, walls..whatever she can get her hands on.

She is sleeping through the night. She goes to bed at 7:30 and wakes up at between 6:30 and 7. (Of course not when we were on vacation. She was up at all hours and even made an appearance in my bed a couple times.)

Kinsley eats three meals a day. She eats cereal and an organic fruit in the morning, a vegetable and fruit for lunch, and eats a meat and veggie for dinnner.

I have stopped breast feeding and have switched Kinsley to formula bottles. We still have milk stocked so she is getting 1-2 breast milk bottles and 2-3 formula. She eats about 24 oz a day.

She says dada and mama. Ok, so she doesn't know what she is saying, but the sounds are definitly there!

She loves going for walks and reading books.

I can't wait to see what next month has in store for us!
