Hurricane Irene

Well, Kinsley survived her first hurricane. I don't think she even realized that there was a storm. Corey had fantasy football draft weekend at Lake Norman, so after our early release from work Kinsley and I hit the road for Rocky Mount...just in time for El Crap. You can see where our priorities are! We only lost power for about an hour in the morning. That was just enough time for Kins to play with her new shoes, boots, clothes, and baby that Mimi and Papa bought her. They spoil that baby! All in all the day was lazy and wet. Sunday we ventured out around the neighborhood, it was a war zone. One house had ten large trees down just in the back yard. We were very fortunate once again! Crazy enough, our home in Wilmington never even lost power!

Big Sister!

The Creswells are expecting a new addition to the family February 27th! We are very excited and looking forward to crazy times with two little ones running around!

This is my first day of school-13 weeks pregnant.

Kinsley's new hang out!

Thank you Aunt Beth and Aunt Julia for the awesome swing set. Kinsley spends about 2 hours a day out on her swing. She absolutely loves it outside and now she has her very own park out there. If we would let her pitch a tent, she would sleep outside. She is able to climb up to the treehouse and go down the slide all by herself, she is growing up so fast!

Sprinkler!

Kinsley loves to play in the water in the back yard. One evening I hooked up the sprinkler and let her go! At first she ran away from the water, but soon she ran right up to the sprinkler and tried to drink it. She is wild!

Sleepy butt

Kinsley sleeps just like her Aunt Lynze, knees in and butt up in the air. You can see lovey on top of her head. I thought this sight was too cute to not share!

Uh oh!

I have a picture of me that looks exactly like this. Mine is of a night we were making chocolate chip cookies and some how the flour ended up all over me. I was mortified and everyone just laughed at me. It is on the back of my chocolate chip recipe now. I had to laugh when Kins got into the bisquick. Needless to say I went to Target that day to get a lock for the lazy susan!
