After going on bedrest at 36 weeks on October 22, the day arrived. Four wonderful months at home had to come to an end. I loved every early morning and didn't mind the nightly awakenings. Kinsley and I spent our days playing, walking, facebooking, eating, and changing diapers.I am embarrased to admit that I started watching All My Children again. I will cherish these memories for the rest of my life. I cried for days before thinking that I just would not be able to leave her. I dreaded that Friday morning more than I ever imagined. On Feb 19th I returned to work. Corey is the most amazing dad and gets his little girl ready for her day. They spend about an hour together in the morning playing while Corey tries to get ready for work and get her ready for Mrs. Megan (Kinsley's babysitter.) So far it has been awesome. My collegeues are the most supportive and loving group of people I could imagine. I spend about 40 minutes locked in the records room pumping. It is not the most glamourous place, but it gets the job done. Mrs. Megan has been incredible. She does not mind me calling her 4 times a day, e-mailing her once an hour, and completing all my anal schedule paperwork. She tells me everyday what an awesome baby Kinsley is, of course she knocks on wood when she says it. I could never have gone back to work if I knew my baby was miserable all day. As you can see by the pictures she is her happy self with or without me. That smile is the best gift every afternoon. I love coming home and of course look forward to Fridays more than ever before!

Megan sent me these pictures about an hour into my first day. I knew then I was going to be ok and so was Little Miss!
